Website visitor statistics

We use an anonymous browser identifier stored on your device to estimate visitors and count views of our public website. We record the date and time of these visits without storing your IP address in our analytics records. Counts are private to the business owner. Clearing or blocking browser storage may change or prevent these measurements.

02

Estimates & repair authorization

We provide the proposed work and price for approval before repairs begin. Diagnosis, disassembly, test drives, and repairs require the applicable authorization. Additional work or charges require your approval before we proceed. A booking request alone does not authorize repairs.

You must own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to authorize service. Tell us about known damage, previous repairs, modifications, and safety concerns. We document approvals and job-related vehicle condition for service records.

03

Diagnostic teardown & hidden damage

Some faults can only be confirmed after components are removed, inspected, or tested. An initial estimate covers the stated scope, not every condition that may be discovered. Hidden damage may require a revised repair plan, additional parts, or replacement of an assembly instead of the originally proposed repair. We will document findings and obtain approval for additional work and charges.

Before disassembly, we will disclose the diagnostic or teardown charge, anticipated reassembly costs, and reasonably foreseeable limitations if further repairs are declined. Authorization to inspect or disassemble is separate from authorization to complete a repair. Teardown alone does not guarantee that a damaged vehicle can be restored to running condition without replacement parts.

04

Removed parts & recycling

Our standard service includes handling replaced parts for recycling, supplier core returns, or appropriate disposal. Before work starts, the repair authorization must record whether you authorize recycling or request return of eligible old parts. Permission to replace a part is not treated by us as a separate recorded disposal instruction. If your preference is not recorded, we will obtain instructions before disposal.

When recycling is authorized, replaced parts may be permanently recycled after the approved replacement is completed and may no longer be recoverable. We retain removed components awaiting replacement unless you separately authorize earlier disposal. Parts relevant to a known dispute will be preserved.

Core-exchange and warranty-return requirements will be explained before a part is surrendered. Any additional core cost for keeping an eligible part must be disclosed and approved in advance. Used fluids and hazardous materials are handled through appropriate disposal channels. Applicable parts-return rights remain in place.

05

Cancellations, reassembly & ordered parts

If you choose to stop an authorized repair, please notify us promptly. Work will stop as soon as it is safe and practical. Authorized labor already properly completed and previously disclosed, approved parts costs remain payable. Your final statement will itemize completed work, parts, payments, applicable credits, and any refundable balance.

Reassembly is a separate step that may require new gaskets, seals, single-use fasteners, fluids, or replacement components. We will explain the available options and obtain approval for additional work and charges before proceeding. If reassembly is declined or the vehicle cannot safely be reassembled, we will coordinate its return with the remaining parts and appropriate towing arrangements. Applicable warranties and legal responsibilities remain unchanged.

Special-order and nonreturnable items will be identified before purchase. Any cancellation or restocking charge must be disclosed and approved in advance and permitted by law. Supplier returns and credits will be reflected in the final accounting, and parts charged to the customer will be identified in the return arrangements. Storage charges require a separate lawful agreement stating the rate, start date, and conditions.

06

Refunds & service concerns

We offer full or partial refunds when appropriate, including duplicate payments, billing errors, unperformed prepaid work, or a verified repair issue that calls for a refund. Eligibility depends on the work performed, the cause of the concern, applicable warranty coverage, and your legal rights.

Contact us with your invoice or job details and a description of the concern. Photos and inspection reports can help. Where practical, please give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue. This does not require you to drive an unsafe vehicle or give up other remedies.

Properly authorized and correctly completed labor and diagnostic work are generally not refundable solely because you change your mind or decline further repairs. Any deduction from a deposit must reflect authorized work or disclosed, agreed costs; unused amounts are refunded as appropriate. Approved refunds are documented with the amount, method, and expected processing time. A refund owed by us is not contingent on our receiving money back from a supplier or subcontractor.

07

Payment & unpaid balances

Payment is due when the authorized work is completed unless we agree to another arrangement in writing. Deposits, partial payments, remaining balances, and due dates should be recorded on the estimate, invoice, or payment agreement. A partial payment does not settle the remaining balance unless we expressly agree in writing.

For unpaid amounts, we may pursue lawful collection remedies and any lien rights that actually apply, following required procedures and notices. These policies do not grant permission to seize, repossess, or enter property to take a vehicle. We may provide truthful records of suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities; a payment disagreement is not automatically theft. Customers retain their lawful billing-dispute rights.

08

Warranty & existing vehicle conditions

Any parts or labor warranty, its duration, and its exclusions will be explained with your estimate or written warranty. Manufacturer and supplier coverage may differ. Customer-supplied parts are not covered by a parts warranty from us; any applicable workmanship coverage and legal rights remain in place.

A repair addresses the authorized work and is not a guarantee that every vehicle fault has been identified or corrected. Unrelated failures, normal wear, pre-existing damage, and declined repairs are outside that repair's scope. Additional diagnosis or repairs require approval. This does not excuse damage caused by our work or override any applicable warranty.

If a customer-supplied part is incorrect or defective, additional diagnosis, removal, or installation requires a separate approved price. We do not automatically charge repeat labor or exclude a concern without evaluating whether our workmanship contributed to it.

09

Appointments, cancellations & safe access

Requested appointment times are confirmed separately. Parts availability, weather, or unexpected findings can affect timing; we will communicate changes. Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation, special-order, or restocking charge must be disclosed and agreed to before it applies.

Provide a safe, accessible work area and permission to work at the location. We may pause or decline work if conditions are unsafe or abusive. Remove valuables before service and keep children and pets clear of the work area. If a vehicle is unsafe to drive, arrange suitable towing rather than continuing to operate it.

Completion times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. If operations are interrupted or we cannot finish a job, we will communicate the situation, account for payments, and coordinate the return of the vehicle and remaining parts or a transfer authorized by the customer. A delay or closure does not cancel our responsibility for customer property or refundable payments.

10

Questions, disputes & your rights

Please contact us promptly about a concern so we can review the estimate, approvals, service records, and invoice and work toward a fair resolution. A job-specific written agreement controls any expressly agreed difference from these general policies, subject to applicable law.

These policies apply to new work when disclosed and accepted; they do not retroactively change an existing agreement. Nothing here waives nonwaivable consumer rights, limits responsibility where prohibited by law, or prevents lawful reviews, complaints, payment disputes, or legal claims.

Acceptance must be documented with the applicable policy version and the job authorization. Merely visiting this page does not create a signed agreement or prove acceptance. Inspection, repair, and parts-disposal instructions should be recorded separately with the relevant job. Customers may request a copy of their estimate, authorization, and itemized invoice.
